Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TGJoin platform ("Service"), operated by DigiRG ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TGJoin is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to create, publish, and manage Telegram channel landing pages. We offer subscription-based plans with varying features and page limits.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You may not share your account credentials with any third party.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or any harmful content
• Promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or adult content
• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights of others
• Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or community guidelines
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security features
• Create pages that impersonate other individuals or businesses
• Use automated tools to create accounts or pages in bulk without authorization

5. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or Manual UPI transfer.
• Your subscription will automatically expire on the due date. A 7-day grace period is provided before suspension.
• If payment is not received within the grace period, your landing pages will be suspended.
• After a 30-day retention period post-suspension, all data will be permanently deleted.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant TGJoin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

TGJoin, its logo, templates, and underlying platform are the intellectual property of DigiRG. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigiRG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
